Agustina Rivas Found (Located)

NORWALK - An 80-year-old woman who disappeared while staying with relatives in Norwalk was found safe Monday, wandering the streets of Huntington Park.

Agustina Rivas, who suffers from memory loss or dementia, had gone missing from a home on Spry Street around 9 a.m. Saturday, according to the sheriff's department.

Rivas was found unharmed at 5:38 p.m. said Deputy Jeff Gordon of the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau.

The body of David Butt has been found

OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police say the body of David Butt has been found inside a motel room in Ogden.

Police issued a missing persons alert late Sunday night for 70-year old David Butt, who friends say disappeared from church around noon Sunday.

Butt had diabetes and dementia.

Ogden Police Department say Butt's body was found at the Colonial Motel on 1269 Washington Blvd.

According to Ogden Police Department, the cause of death is undetermined at this time, and Butt's body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office.

David Butt Missing

NORTH OGDEN -- Police have issued an endangered person advisory for a 70-year-old North Ogden man.

David Butt was last seen at his Harrisville church building around 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Police say Butt has diabetes and dementia.

Butt's wife says he last took his insulin around 8 a.m. Sunday, and is concerned he may be wandering around somewhere in diabetic shock.

Police say Butt was wearing a white, long-sleeved shirt with gray slacks and a blue blazer. He was driving a dark gray 2007 Toyota Prius with a license plate number 860 PEU.

Police say Butt may be suicidal and that he does not have his medication with him.
