Sarah Beemer Missing Alzheimer’s
SILVER SPRING, Md. - A 66-year-old woman who has dementia is missing. The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for your help to find her.
Sarah Beemer walked away from her doctor's office about 2 p.m. Thursday.
In addition to dementia, the Downs Drive resident has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
Police say she does not have her medication with her, and her caretakers are concerned for her welfare.
Beemer has been known in the past to travel to D.C.
She's 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes.
Police say she was last seen wearing a long black winter jacket, brown pants. With her, she had a black purse.

ROCKVILLE, Md. - Police say a missing Silver Spring man has been found.
Theodis Herman Murphy, 77, was found unharmed and reunited with his family.
Police asked for the public's health after Murphy, who has Alzheimer's disease, was last seen around 10 a.m. Thursday
Patsy Thomas Newman found safe
Howard County police announced Tuesday afternoon that they had located an Alzheimer's patient who had gone missing from her Ellicott City home Monday.
Police had issued a description of the 65-year-old woman in hopes the public could help in locating her.
Officers from Maryland State Police Forestville Barrack found Patsy Thomas Newman safe and in good physical condition in a disabled vehicle on Route 295 in Prince George's County at approximately 1 p.m. Tuesday.
She had driven away from her Ellicott City home Monday at about 5:45 p.m.

Gary Floyd Missing
Police in the Tri-State are asking for help finding a elderly man with Alzheimer's, who went missing on Monday. 74 year old Gary Floyd is the second man in 24 hours with the disease to wander off and go missing.
Floyd, who hails from Greenhills, was last seen leaving Bethesda North Hospital about 1:00 Monday afternoon. He was there visiting a sick relative, but never returned home. Family members say he is in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease. Floyd is five feet, seven inches tall and weighs about 160 pound with brown eyes and grey hair. He was wearing a burgundy jacket, grey sweater and blue pants. He drives a light blue, Hyundai Elantra.
Overnight, officers did find 84 year old James Martin of Independence, Kentucky. He also has Alzheimer's. Martin left his home Monday morning around 9:00. Family members say Martin had expressed a desire to go to Florida.
Martin was found early Tuesday morning, safe in Oneida, Tennessee-some 200 miles south of Independence. Officers there stopped Martin after receiving a report of a person driving on the wrong side of the road.
Patsy Thomas Newman Missing
A 65-year-old Alzheimer's patient drove away from her Ellicott City home Monday, and Howard County police are seeking the public's help in locating her.
Patsy Thomas Newman left about 5:45 p.m. in a silver 2008 Ford Escape with the license plate 03230M1, according to police.
Newman is a white woman who is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 130 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes and gold wire-rim glasses, police said, and was wearing black pants, a green sweater and a black nylon jacket. She was not carrying identification or a cell phone.

Leonard Gardner, 86, Found
Leonard Gardner, 86, who suffers from dementia and was reported missing yesterday, has been found according to a Baltimore City Police spokesperson.
Gardner was reported missing Friday, and before he was found, had not been seen since noon when he was spotted driving a silver 2005 Chevy Cobalt.
According to a spokesman for the Maryland State Police a State Trooper pulled over a vehicle that was driving at only 10 miles per hour.
The State Trooper was able to identify Gardner as the driver. Gardner was uninjured when he was found.

Leonard Gardner, 86, suffers from dementia and is missing, according to Baltimore City Police.
He is described as being 5'8 and 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue puffy coat, a brown hoodie, blue jeans and brown "Timberland" boots.
He was last seen at noon on Friday on Limit Avenue, driving a 2005 Chevy Cobalt, 4s, silver in color, bearing MD tag # 9BAL03.

Judith Anne Sternburg, age 71, Found
SILVER SPRING, Md. - Police say a Silver Spring woman reported missing Wednesday morning has been found safe.
Judith Anne Sternburg, age 71, was located by Maryland State Police in Westminster, Md. She was last seen at her home in the 1400 block of Highland Drive around 8 a.m. on Tuesday.
Family members were concerned, saying she may be experiencing an early stage of dementia.
Alice Lenoire Lewis Missing Maryland Silver Alert
The Prince George's County Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing 74-year-old Laurel woman with dementia who has not been seen or heard from since Monday afternoon.
Alice Lenoire Lewis was last seen leaving her home at 9200 block of Ispahan Loop in Laurel at 1 p.m. Monday.
Lewis is a white woman, approximately 5'5" tall and 160 lbs, with red hair, green eyes and glasses. She was last seen wearing blue pants, a green shirt, a black coat and grey shoes. She may be driving a grey Hyundai Accent with Maryland license plate LKP608. She has been diagnosed with dementia and is in need of her medication.

Ellwood Henry Morris Sr., Found
EDEN, Md.- Maryland State Police on Tuesday located a 65-year-old Eden man who had been reported as missing from his home since Monday morning.
Police say Ellwood Henry Morris Sr., who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, was found unharmed in Dover, Del. He has since been returned to his home.
Police say Morris is currently under the care of a doctor and takes Aricept for his illness. According to investigators, Morris had last been seen at his home at around 9:30 a.m. Monday. Police were looking for Morris out of concerns for his safety.
