Anner Black Murray Found Safely

A 58-year-old woman with dementia who left Haines City on Tuesday and was last seen in east Tampa on Wednesday was found in Polk County this morning.

She left her Haines City's home Tuesday night for a job interview, police said.

While she was gone, police talked to Anner Black Murray twice, and both times she seemed free of mental problems, the Largo Police Department said.

The last contact was about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, when a Tampa police officer talked to her. She said she was on her way home but missed an exit on Interstate 4. She was given directions back to Haines City, Largo police said.

Officers also talked to Murray earlier Wednesday as she was heading toward the Howard Frankland Bridge. Police talked with her husband by phone and were told she was simply lost, and he asked police to give her directions home.

Later, police learned he also has dementia and isn't aware of his wife's condition, police said.

Florida Missing Dementia Couple Found in Georgia

WINTER HAVEN, Fla. -- An elderly couple who disappeared from Central Florida was found the following day with their vehicle stuck in a median in Pooler, Ga.William Albert Spring, 91, and his wife, Lillie Tallent Spring, 84, both of Winter Haven, were reported missing from the Winter Haven Health and Rehabilitative Center at 202 O Ave. NE on Saturday at about 2:30 p.m.Police said they were considered to be missing and endangered adults because they suffer from dementia.The two were last seen in a 1999 burgundy Saturn sedan. They were found safe in their car, which was stuck in a median on a highway in Pooler.Officials said they were OK, but they were taken to a hospital to be checked and treated.

Lucille Brackett Located Safely

RIVIERA BEACH — An elderly Riviera Beach woman who had been missing since Saturday has been found, police report.

Lucille Brackett, 68, had been missing since 6 p.m. Friday, according to a release this morning from Riviera Beach Police.

Brackett contacted her husband by cellphone at 6:45 p.m. Friday saying that her white 1999 Toyota Sienna was out of gas, police said.

According to police, subsequent calls to her cellphone were not been answered. Brackett was believed to be headed to North Palm Beach or Boynton Beach when she left home; but did not make it to either location, police said.

But Riviera Beach Police spokeswoman Roseanne Brown said this afternoon that Bracket has been found. She provided no further details on where, or why Brackett was missing.
