Dizzy Dean Wells Missing

WITI-TV, WAUKESHA - Waukesha police need your help in their search for a missing man. 64-year-old Dizzy Dean Wells was last seen wearing an Army baseball cap, a red, blue and black plaid shirt, a gray, green and blue spring jacket.

Wells is 6' 1" and weighs 170 pounds. He has a long goatee.

Wells suffers from dementia. He was last seen on foot in the area of Moreland Blvd. and Kossow Rd in the City of Waukesha at approximately 2:10 PM on Monday March 8th. Wells recently moved to Waukesha and does not carry any identification with him. He does not know his address or phone number.
